This urban redevelopment site is located in Downtown Westminster at the Westminster Mall. The project includes an amphitheater performing space and outdoor seating and fountains. Services include roadway design, grading, stormwater management, drainage, and utilities. Low Impact Development techniques, such as pervious pavement, have been incorporated into the design.
