This project includes design and construction of a one story long-term care facility, housing 12-single patient bedrooms (10 regular and 2 bariatric patient rooms) in a new building of approximately 13,900 SF on the property of the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) at Reno, Nevada. Services include design survey, AT/FP services, structural engineering, and construction phase services.
