Calibre provided civil engineering for Denver's unique Meow Wolf  Interactive Art Experience, including site civil, demolition of existing buidings, minor modifications to the parking lot, construction  of new driveways, modifications to the existing storm drainage including new drain lines and expanded detention pond, installation of new sewer and water connections, and Platte River flood related flood proofing. The project is strategically located between two light rail stations, immediately adjacent to Broncos Stadium, and accessible to multiple transit options.
 
Civil design included concept/schematic design, design development, construction documents including site plan, parking, drainage, and sewer documents, stormwater design/study and management plan report, and construction administration.  
 
Project required coordination with the City and County of Denver, Mile High Flood District, FEMA, Denver Water Department.
