The $22M Medical/Dental Clinic Addition/Alteration is located at the Main Medical Clinic (9th Medical Group), Building B5700, Beale Air Force Base (AFB), near Marysville, California.  The 9th Medical Group provides worldwide operational readiness and the Reconnaissance Wing responds to worldwide medical contingencies.  They provide comprehensive healthcare, physiological, and environmental support and promote health education and wellness.
 
The project included design of a 23,000 square foot Medical/Dental Clinic addition (structurally independent of the existing facilities).  It also included the renovation to approximately 15,000 square feet of an existing single-story Medical Clinic.  Alteration to the existing area included demolition, hazardous materials abatement, and renovation of the existing infrastructure.  The civil engineering scope for this 4.5-acre project included design for site grading, site drainage, horizontal control, sanitary sewer, parking lots, and erosion control.
