Located southeast of E Arapahoe Road and S Holly Street in Centennial, Colorado, the Lawton Taylor Academy consists of a 1-story, 10,955 SF childcare center, including a 1,811 SF playground, a 4,103 SF playground, an 853 SF playground, and a 1,255 SF playground. 
 
Calibre was contracted as the lead civil engineer and provided utility, surface, and stormwater infrastructure, ALTA/design survey, preliminary and final engineering, site planning, City of Centennial Construction documents, Willows Water District construction documents, Southgate Sanitation District service plan, legal descriptions, drainage studies and reports, utility studies, as-builts, existing conditions report, agency and development requirements and submittals, horizontal and vertical control, boundary surveying, utility locates, grading, erosion control, storm drainage facilities, water plan and profile, sanitary sewer mains, and coordination with the City and other agencies.
