This project will include the construction of a one-story modern mental health facility of approximately 4,016 square feet for individual psychotherapy, social skills training, psycho-educational classes of Topeka VA to make a fully functional facility including HVAC, electrical and space to meet all requirements. The project will also include the design of demolition and cleanup of approximately 15,000 square feet of residential style construction houses on and adjacent to the construction site.
 
Calibre is providing the following preliminary civil engineering services:
Prepare a preliminary site layout of the building, walks, and access (based on architectural layout).
Prepare conceptual grading plan.
Provide finished floor entry elevations.
Schematic 2D design and coordination of storm drainage and utilities
