Calibre provided civil engineering advisory services for concept design related to the Community Based Outpatient Clinic at VISN 23 Lincoln, NE. Utilizes a VA CBOC Prototype building (PACT) to develop conceptual designs for a 2-story, 72,000 SF medical/office space. The project included a surface parking lot, MRI Access Pad entry, loading dock and truck access lane, stormwater pond(s), security gates and perimeter fence, and approximately 467 parking spaces (259 patient, 172 staff, 36 ADA). The site is assumed to be greenfield.
 
Civil services include site evaluation, identification of major civil site issues, existing conditions analysis, slope analysis, drainage pattern and floodplain analysis, review of existing utilities and connection points, review of site plan, and input on general civil elements.
