Calibre provided civil engineering services for concept design of a Community Based Outpatient Clinic at VISN 1 Worchester, MA. The project utilized a VA CBOC Prototype building to develop conceptual design for 40,000 SF of medical and medical office space.
 
Services included conceptual design and site layout, site evaluation for major issues, review of existing conditions and slopes, drainage analysis and floodplain review, identification and review of existing utilities, utility connection plans, site feasibility analysis, concept design feasibility analysis, and other related services.
