This redevelopment project includes more than 41,995 SF of retail space for an urban infill in Downtown Denver. The retail complex includes grassed areas with patio seating, concrete and brick pavers, landscaped areas, and parking. The mixed-use retail complex will have a large patio area, multiple eateries, reuse of materials, and “maker” areas for crafting and artistic expression.
