Our history
Greg Murphy started Calibre Engineering, affectionately known as "Calibre," in 2000. His vision was to provide client-centered civil engineering services that consistently met budget and schedule.
Today, we have expanded our civil engineering base to include surveying, structural engineering, construction phase services, and owners representation services. We have also expanded our national presence, with our headquarters in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and branch offices in California and North Carolina.
Calibre's philosophy revolves around one thing: client service. We understand that as a small business, our success and growth as an organization depends on our ability to maintain current clients and earn their recommendations. For this reason, we maintain a compact and efficient staff in order to allow the principals to participate in design as well as project management.
Calibre places a strong emphasis on creating a work environment that is pleasant and cooperative. By utilizing a tight knit group of highly qualified professionals, we can benefit our clients by offering highly experienced individuals, minimizing office overhead, and maximizing construction value.
Calibre has been a CVE-Verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) since 2015.
